Shipping, returns, and Warranty

Warranty

Kreo Motors offers a 1 year limited warranty which covers manufacturing defects and includes the battery and other electronic components. Kreo Motors warrants its products against defects in material or workmanship under normal use by the original owner for 1 years from the date of purchase as shown on the original sales receipt. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and will be void with improper use or modification of the product. Kreo Motors is not responsible for  product malfunctions or damage that are the result of accidents or misuse by the customer. The warranty only applies to products purchased directly from Kreo Motors.

For warranty claims, email us at support@kreomotors.com. Please include your name, phone number, proof of purchase and a description of the issue. A video or pictures will be helpful to diagnose the problem.

Within the warranty period, we will send spare parts free of charge, for the buyer to repair. Or the buyer can drop off the scooter or send it to 1228 S Sossaman Rd. #108 Mesa, AZ 85209 and we will do the repairs. The buyer will be responsible for shipping charges to Kreo Motors. Kreo Motors will pay to return it to the buyer.

After the warranty has expired, we will still assist with any issues that may arise and offer spare parts for a fee. We stock all parts at our store in Mesa AZ.  

Shipping information

We ship to the continental US. Ground shipping is free and takes about 3-5 business days.

In order to cancel an order that has already been shipped, reject the package upon delivery. We will issue a refund once we receive the product, usually within 3-5 business days {see Refund Policy).  

Return / Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund (minus a 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs). Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service first at: support@kreomotors.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). After receiving a RMA, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your [return/exchange/return or exchange]. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. [We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.]

EXCEPTIONS

Items cannot be returned if the product has been used.
